3D Property Showcase Platform

What we built

A complete, photorealistic 3D showcase of an entire residential development that a buyer, a channel partner or a sales team can navigate in a browser. No app, no headset required.

The whole project in context — not a hero render of one tower, but the entire development modelled inside its real surroundings, so a buyer understands what they are buying into and what they will see from a window. Navigation tower by tower, floor by floor, unit by unit, with orientation always clear. Live availability — what is open, what is held, what is sold. Internal layouts explored in three dimensions rather than decoded from a 2D plan. A VR tour that lets someone walk a floor or an individual flat.

Fullscreen presentation mode for site offices and channel-partner meetings, regulatory registration displayed on screen, and delivery fast enough for an overseas buyer.

What the client got

The ability to sell inventory that does not physically exist yet. The buyer who cannot visit — out of city, out of country, or simply short of time — stops dropping out of the funnel, because the site office is no longer the only place the project makes sense.

Channel partners get something that makes them look sophisticated in front of their own clients, which makes them push the project harder. One sample flat stops being the ceiling on what can be shown. And availability stops being a spreadsheet somebody has to check and becomes a shared, current source of truth that the showcase itself displays.

In a market where every brochure looks the same, it is the difference between being one of five options and being the one the buyer remembers.
