Discovery audit
We look at what you have now — the site, the system, the process, the pitch — and put a cost on the gap. Sometimes the answer is: don't.

Fixed scope
Defined deliverable, defined timeline, agreed before anyone starts. Design and engineering run together, not one after the other.

The questions everyone asks
Who actually builds it — seniors or juniors?
oathDevs has two founders and both are in the room. The people who scope your project write the code. Nothing is passed down after the contract is signed.
Do I own the code?
Everything — source, hosting accounts, keys, documentation — in your name from day one. No licence, no lock-in, no exit fee.
Can you work under NDA?
It's our standard. Five of the nineteen builds on this site carry [ UNDER NDA ] instead of a name — including ones we'd most like to put our name to.
What does an engagement cost?
Every project is quoted individually, because every project genuinely is different. Ask on the call and you'll get a straight number, not a range that means nothing.
How long does a build take?
There is no standard answer, because there is no standard build. It stops being a guess at the fixed-scope step: a defined deliverable and a defined timeline, both agreed before anyone starts. Bring the requirement to the call and you leave with yours.
What if a tool I can buy already solves it?
Then that's the advice you'll get, and it costs you nothing. We have talked clients out of custom builds more than once — it's why they keep calling.
Can you take over our existing codebase?
No. Inheriting a half-finished system built by another team almost always costs more than building it properly, and it leaves everyone arguing about which problems were already there. If that is what you need, we will tell you straight away and point you towards someone who does it.
