What we built

Quoting, pipeline management and reporting built for a long, technical sales cycle with several decision-makers on the customer side.

Enquiries arrive from a scatter of places — listing sites, search and social advertising, government tender portals, contractors, and the phone — and each one lands in the same list, scored, with an owner and a next action. Anything unassigned is flagged rather than quietly ageing.

Government tenders are treated as their own kind of work: flagging one adds scoring weight and starts deadline tracking, because a tender that misses its pre-bid clarification date is not a slow lead, it is a lost one.

What the client got

Ownership of their own sales knowledge. Deal history had effectively lived in individual reps' heads, which made forecasting guesswork and made losing a salesperson genuinely expensive. Quotes now come out consistently from one source of truth rather than being rebuilt from memory, management can see where deals really stand, and the relationship history stays with the company when somebody leaves.

The pipeline is organised by what is actually being sold, so the team can see which product lines are carrying the quarter.
