What we built
A generation pipeline that produces editorial catalogue imagery from ordinary phone photographs. The client photographs the product plainly; we generate the scene, styling and setting around it, while the product itself is preserved exactly — colours, textures and details locked rather than reinvented.
What the client got
An entire production removed from the business. A catalogue shoot means booking a studio, hiring a photographer and a director, casting and paying models, scouting or renting a location, arranging styling, wardrobe and travel, then waiting on editing — and doing the whole thing again when a product is missed or a new one launches. All of that disappeared.
New products now go live without waiting for a shoot day to be scheduled, the catalogue stays visually consistent as it grows rather than drifting between shoots, and a small brand ended up with imagery of a standard it could not otherwise have afforded. For a business adding products continuously, the real gain is not the saving on one shoot — it is never having to organise one again.
